Welcome to Little Pixie Studio! Here's a simple guide to help you navigate purchases in our enchanted shop.

🌸 Making a Purchase

  1. Browse our collections and add products to your cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button.

  2. Please double-check what you're selecting—some items are finished resin Pixies, while others are downloadable digital products (like story cards and printables).

  3. You can adjust your cart until you proceed to checkout.
    Once your order is submitted, changes can no longer be made.

  4. Shipping costs:

    • Physical items: Shipping costs are added at checkout (free within Australia!).
    • Digital downloads: No shipping cost applies.

💳 Making a Payment

We offer secure payment options:

  • PayPal:
    PayPal automatically converts currency based on your location, whether you pay via a PayPal account or credit card.

  • Bank Transfer (Australia Only):
    Please ensure your deposit includes your name.
    Orders will be processed once payment is cleared.
    Note: Orders may be cancelled if payment is not received within 3 days.

📦 Delivery of Finished Products

  • All finished Pixies and physical products ship from Australia via Australia Post.
  • Orders are dispatched within 2-5 business days after payment is cleared.
  • Estimated delivery:
    • Australia: 7-10 business days
    • International: 10-21 business days

A tracking number will be provided upon shipment.

Please note: Any customs duties or international import charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

📥 Delivery of Downloadable Products

  • Digital downloads will be emailed to you.
  • PayPal Payments: Link sent instantly after payment.
  • Bank Transfers: Link sent within 48 hours after payment clears.

If you don't receive your download link, please check your junk/spam folder.

🔄 Refunds & Exchanges

  • Physical Products:
    If you're not happy with your Pixie, contact us at info@littlepixiestudio.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order.

    • Items must be returned unused, in original condition.
    • Refund processed once the item is returned.
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Digital Downloads:
    Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once downloaded.

📄 User Licence for Downloadable Products

When you purchase a digital product (like printable story cards), you receive lifetime access to the file and any updates.

To protect against misuse, download access is limited to 100 downloads per file.
We recommend:

  • Downloading to your device immediately.
  • Saving a backup copy to a USB or cloud storage.
