Can you customise Pixies to look like people?
While every Pixie is unique, we’re unable to sculpt Pixies to look like specific people at this time. Our Pixies prefer to keep their own joyful, mischievous faces—after all, they’ve been known to hide under mushrooms and play tricks when no one’s watching!
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! Our Pixies are happy to travel across the globe.
Shipping is included for Australian addresses, and international shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location.
You can also view prices in AUD, USD, GBP, and EUR on our website.
What are the Pixies made from?
Each Pixie is carefully crafted from a specially formulated coloured resin, designed to bring out every tiny detail—from their pointed hats to their twinkling expressions. Of course, there’s a little sprinkle of magic in every batch!
Can I place the Pixies outside?
While Pixies do love the garden, we don’t recommend placing them directly outdoors, as they may fade or be damaged by sunlight and weather.
Some customers have safely displayed theirs in clear, sealed containers—but remember, Pixies prefer cosy indoor spots where they can keep watch over your home.
Where can I buy Special Edition Pixies?
Our Special Edition Pixies—those with extra intricate details and rare designs—are available in the Special Edition section of our website.
Keep an eye on our Facebook & Instagram pages and join our email list to be the first to hear when new Special Editions appear (they do love making surprise entrances!).
What’s the best Pixie to start a collection?
It depends on your budget and space!
We suggest starting with one of our classic Basic Pixies, which are perfect for first-time collectors. Each Pixie has its own personality, and once you welcome one home, it’s likely a whole troupe will follow.
Can I customise the designs in your store?
Absolutely! We offer fully customisable Pixie options, allowing you to design your very own magical friend.
Custom orders typically take 2-3 weeks, depending on your design. A little patience is needed while we work our magic behind the scenes!
What’s the difference between Special Editions and Set Designs?
Our Set Designs are Pixies you can find year-round, always ready to order.
Special Editions are more detailed, unique Pixies—crafted for limited releases or special occasions. Once they're gone, they may not return!
How can I pay?
We accept PayPal and most major credit cards through our secure online store. No need to barter with magical trinkets (though Pixies would love that too)!
Can I pay in instalments?
We’re currently working on a way to offer instalment payments.

Do you have a physical shop I can visit?
At the moment, our Pixie Studio is not open to the public.
However, you can visit us anytime online—and who knows, maybe one day the Pixies will open their own little forest shop!

Our Pixie makers are busy crafting tiny magic, but we may offer lessons in the future. Stay tuned!
