Ready-to-ship items are usually processed within 3 to 5 business days.

If you purchase a signed or personalised item, processing times may be a little longer. Where applicable, this will be noted on the product page.

Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping Australia-wide on all orders.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Estimated Delivery Times

Australia
Estimated delivery is 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.

International
Estimated delivery is 10 to 20 business days, depending on your destination and local postal service.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, public holidays, postal delays, or peak periods.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey.

Returns and Refunds

Physical Products

If you are not completely satisfied with a physical item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@littlepixiestudio.com.au.

To be eligible for a return:

  • the item must be unused and in its original condition
  • the item must be returned in its original packaging
  • return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will work with you to arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit where appropriate.

Personalised or Signed Items

Personalised or signed items are generally not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive faulty or incorrect.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, downloadable items are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, unless required by law.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.
